FAQs

We are a Private Education Institution (PEI) and are also offering SSG funded courses. Will eTEAMS be able to manage both set of requirements?

Yes. eTEAMS Enterprise can not only meet the SSG funding requirements but also the Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) and Edutrust requirements that PEIs have to meet.

We notice that there are billing and collection functions in eTEAMS. Do we need to use these functions if we already have our own Finance System?

We strongly recommend using eTEAMS’ billing and collection function as the integration with TP Gateway includes finance details as well. We will share with you during the system implementation on how to manage both systems to avoid double entry of data.

What is the payment gateway that eTEAMS is using?

We are using eNETS payment gateway for online collections. eNETS supports credit card payment, debit card payment and direct debit payment. We also provide PayNOW solution on top of the eNETS payment gateway.

Is eTEAMS hosted in Singapore?

Yes. All your data reside only in Singapore. We conduct Vulnerability Assessments quarterly and Penetration Tests annually to ensure that our solution is as secured as possible.

Does I-Access Solutions provide data migration from our existing system?

Can we integrate eTEAMS with our internal systems?

Yes. eTEAMS is an API-enabled solution. We typically integrate with our clients’ website, CRM system, Finance System, e-Learning System, Active Directory and any other customized systems.

Can eTEAMS be white-labelled?

Yes. All customer facing portals can be configured based on your organization’s logo, colour scheme and details. All printouts (invoices, receipts etc.) will also reflect only your organization details.
